Posted May 17, 201510 yr Hello. I spent hours in the forums reading, but I have not found a solution for my troubles. I figured the next logical step was to ask those more knowledgeable than me..... Just got home and set up my isy-994izwave w/climate/network/energy. Downloaded the new 4.2.30, configured the time, location, weather, etc. this is a new iSy and I am starting clean. attempted to exclude then include a single zfm-80. I have a power pigtail set up to bring devices within three feet of the iSy. When I tried to include(after exclude), the device began to blink and the screen briefly flashed that the iSy recognized a device, but nothing shows up in the tree. What am I doing wrong? Should I heal? Synchronize? Multiple press the button on the zfm-80? I can log in and see the correct time. I would sure love to have tech support log on to my isy and just verify that it is set up correctly. I also need to port forward and assign static ip, but I have not figured that out yet. I am seeing activity now in the event log, but nowhere do I see any device to program. Yes!! To the remote diagnostic! I am available anytime! May 18, 201510 yr Author It is Sunday night at 8:45 and I just got off of my computer. I was programming my z-wave devices and I was enjoying it immensely. The isy can do SO MUCH! The reason I was able to enjoy this was the unbelievable fact that Michel contacted me on a SUNDAY and did a remote log in and helped me get going. Unparalleled customer support. It was incredibly quick too. Michel knows everything about this device (he invented it) and patiently explained as he went.
