Hello all.

I live in Texas, where we have been having some weather lately. I don't know if this problem relates to that or not.

The issue(s):

Yesterday I installed a Vizia rf+ three-way dimmer switch and remote switch, also Vizia. The three-way would not work but the primary Vizia would switch when the remote was removed from the circuit, so I'm thinking the remote is bad. Then power went out for around 2 minutes and restored, but everything seemed to come back ok. I was working on writing a program for some other switches when my screen popped up a message that there was a conflict with another device using the same IP address, so I removed the Vizias entirely from the system, removed power for 2-3 minutes, rebooted the ATT Uverse modem, waited 2-3 minutes and rebooted the isy, but now I get flashing LEDs saying memory error. I know this means connection problems to the LAN, but the LAN is functioning normally with all my other devices. Did another hard reboot only on the isy and AS SOON as power is applied, the LEDs begin flashing.

I need help! What happened? Any suggestion?

Thanks!

Which LEDs are flashing?

You indicated flashing LEDs (plural).   That does not mean Memory error.  For example, Mem and Err blinking indicates problem talking to Internet modem.  Could be IP address ISY is expecting is assigned to another device.

Hello gentlemen.

As always, between members and Michel we were able to deftly isolate my problem and confirm an ip address conflict. I thank you both very much!
