Phil Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 I found that a few (maybe all) of the wiki links to forum threads are broken. Here's two specific examples: From http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:How-To_Guide#Programsthere are links to two forum threads "Programming Methodology - Understanding If, Then, Else" and "Triggers and conditions and IFs, oh my!" Those links are http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=4650 and http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=5731 However, when you click those links you get redirected to a non-existant page. The above links appear to get redirect (maybe by the forum software) to: http://topic/4387-understanding-if-then-else/ http://topic/5410-triggers-and-conditions-and-ifs-oh-my/ which obviously don't work. I took a guess that those are relative links generated by the forum software, so I added forum.universal-devices.com to the start and got these links which do work. http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/4387-understanding-if-then-else/ http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/5410-triggers-and-conditions-and-ifs-oh-my/ Maybe something is wrong with whatever is processing links to the forum in the form http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=5731 ? Teken Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 Michel has indicated they found an issue where the migration process did not properly cross link the old forum to the new. But he indicated this was fixed so not too sure. The other day I was seeing this unusual message which is really annoying since this new hosting site was supposed to be faster, reliable etc. Its fair to say this migration to the new hosting site is anything but better. The old site was rock solid and I didn't see all of these errors, or where messages where I subscribed to actually sent me an alert. Things are much better when compared to a few months ago but every month its fair to say there will be a service interruption or some random multi post, or where in mid stream what ever I wrote just goes poof!
Michel Kohanim Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 Hi Phil, Thank you. Will go through them and fix. With kind regards, Michel
Teken Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 This was seen earlier this morning and have to gather there was some maintenance being done at this time.
Brian H Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 I have seen the SQL Message a few times in the last week. Sunday was a long time period getting the same message.
DennisC Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 This was seen earlier this morning and have to gather there was some maintenance being done at this time. I tried to log on several times this morning from 6:30 am to 9:30 am EDT and received the same errors. Dennis
Michel Kohanim Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Hi guys, I am so very sorry. The session table keeps crashing and we have to keep fixing it. As of right now, we do not know what's causing this issue as there's absolutely nothing out of the ordinary neither in the access nor in error logs. Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
