kevman Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Hi, I have no lights on my ISY 994i. The power adapter has the LED that indicates that it is on, but the ISY shows no lights. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in , but no dice. Any ideas?
Techman Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I would try to measure the voltage at the plug end of the power adapter to make sure you that you're actually getting power to the ISY.
Techman Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 With the power disconnected, try removing and replacing the memory card. If that doesn't help then I would suggest submitting a trouble ticket to UDI and let them troubleshoot it.
stusviews Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Did you try a different power supply? The ISY requires 5V, 300 mA minimum, so nearly any USB power supply will work.
