andrew77 Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Hi Guys; I had this issue before. (Here's the link) http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/16142-kpl-odd-behaviour-after-power-failure/ I've done all the steps outlined and I'm still having no luck. I've upgraded to Yosemite and I've downloaded the Java update. I can remove the KPL from the ISY and rediscover it I then try to restore it. This seems to do nothing. I've gone and airgapped the KPL but no luck getting my programs and scenes back in. I can just start again if need be but I'd like to work through this Thanks, Drew

Does the KPL turn the load on and off locally with out issue? 2. Can you command the KPL to turn the load on and off via the Admin Console? 3. Is this simply a scene / program issue?
Michel Kohanim Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Hi Drew, If you are not getting status updates from any of your devices, please take a look at: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=INSTEON_No_Status_Feedback_From_Devices With kind regards, Michel

Drew Hello Drew, Yes, and when doing so there should be a pop up which shows the system is making the updates. Please let us know how you carry on and what the results are. Have you considered any type of surge protection in the home?
andrew77 Posted July 24, 2015 Author Posted July 24, 2015 Still no bueno When i do the restore it only controls the load (and not with the ramp rate it should have) I will then airgap it and then it becomes non responsive I'm going to delete it and rediscover it and probably just reprogram it. Don't know why this isn't working. Drew
