Hello,

 

My Administrative Console disconnects consistently after 15 seconds and I am prompted with the login screen.  Logging back in resumes the session but the disconnect happens again consistently after 15 seconds.  This issue was happening on my older computer so I setup the admin console on my new computer with fresh install, java client and clear cache.  My ISY is up to date with the latest release.

Just to be sure, specify the revision. What is the result if you open the HTML interface only (i.e., using the IP address)?

This is not common behavior. It seems like something is disrupting regular communication between the admin console and the ISY. The 2 culprits I can think of: Network, or Virus scanning software. 

 

I think you would know if you were having network problems. This could be aggressive virus scanning software that watches network connections, especially for thick client java apps like the Admin console.

 

Are you using the same virus scanning software on both systems? Can you temporarily disable it and see how long you stay connected?
