paulbates Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Somebody's been visiting the mothership Thanks for the heads up Techman! Paul

The first four items are the Insteon kits in various forms. The last two are the HUB Pro / HUB AllJoyn. I didn't bother looking up the other ones. Doesn't seem that bad unless I'm missing something? EDIT: I told myself I wasn't going to check but gave in. The items starting with 21000 are the multi packs with various sensors, hard wired devices.
Techman Posted August 25, 2015 Author Posted August 25, 2015 Must of what we use is on sale, as Teken said most all of the exclusions are either multi-packs, kits or Hubs, but they have "the right to make changes".
paulbates Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Fair enough. It probably would make sense to say that in the ad. Every time there is a sale, a large number of part numbers is listed there. I would have an easier time with - "Most of our Insteon multipacks and kits are not part of the sale"

I would have an easier time with - "Most of our Insteon multipacks and kits are not part of the sale" In America it's the details that matter so they had to call that out. As fun as it is to throw them under the bus. In this case, this is standard fair with Insteon sales and I am OK with that. I will take a sale / discount anytime when it's available! Really wish the dollar wasn't in the toilet so badly. Never mind the insane $32.XX shipping even for a freaking envelope! Ideals are peaceful - History is violent
paulbates Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Yes probably the worst value based scenario for you would be ordering a bunch of customer keypad keys... In separate orders...
Teken Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Yes probably the worst value based scenario for you would be ordering a bunch of customer keypad keys... In separate orders... Um yeah that actually happen! Unbeknownst to me at that time some aszz hat decided to institute the $30 - $32.00 shipping rate! I was some what lucky in that the nice CS was able to refund the difference when I called in. She indicated moving forward that base price would apply to all Canadian orders going out the door. So yeah there's some real hate going on. Ideals are peaceful - History is violent
giesen Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Teken you within driving distance of Niagara Falls by chance?
paulbates Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Man.... Glad you got some relief.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Teken Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Teken you within driving distance of Niagara Falls by chance? Not even close! Every time I read about folks taking a nice weekend drive across the 49th parallel I just want to cry. Such is life, but more power to those lucky folks that do! On a related note three of the e-tailers who carried Insteon have scaled back to 2-3 items?!? Not sure what that means but it's not encouraging to say the least. Ideals are peaceful - History is violent

Your real name doesn't start with "S-A-N-T-A", does it? OK. I take all the stuff about being a westerner back. From now on it's North-Westerners, and if you live on top of some Rocky mountain it's "Upper North Westerner". (UNW) Does Insteon have a any limits on atmospheric pressure before failure? How about snow cover?
