ISY-99i Support Needed

I have inherited a home automation system using the ISY-99i system and need help with accessing the Admin Console. Java is preventing me from getting into the console. I'm trying to get into the site to update some of the programs for the devices on the home automation system and to prepare for the change in Daylight Savings Time.

 

I'd also be interested in any info on upgrading the ISY-99i system since is appears to be a very outdated system.

Please:

1. Clear your Java cache: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.3.18/admin.jnlp 

 

If you have also changed the router, it might be that ISY is on a different network and you might have to do a factory reset and then restore your backup. 

 

With regards upgrade, I strongly recommend it. This said, you still need the upgrade unless you want to start from scratch.
