pgnehm Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 I have an issue. My device list (not the tree-view) doesn't show all devices anymore. As you can see from the attached screenshot it shows an error. Can you please advise how I can rectify that? I've tried to backup/restore but it didn't help. So it looks like one file of my configuration is corrupted 60.UND: This is it's content: ue Full: VAR : Task[12] HTTP_1 HTTP-Get pty=19 3644581219 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Full: SND : Task[1] Alarms AL-DISC-NODES pty=15 3644581220 0 -170001 UDQ: Queue(s) Full, message ignored 3644581228 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Full: VAR : Task[12] HTTP_1 HTTP-Get pty=19 3644581231 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Full: SND : Task[1] Alarms AL-DISC-NODES pty=15 3644581238 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Full: VAR : Task[12] HTTP_1 HTTP-Get pty=19 3644581243 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Full: SND : Task[1] Alarms AL-DISC-NODES pty=15 3644581252 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Full: VAR : Task[12] HTTP_1 HTTP-Get pty=19 3644581253 0 -170001 UDQ:Queue Ful How do I fix that? Is it safe to delete that file from the backup, do a restore without it? Would that fix it?
paulbates Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 I would suggest submitting a ticket to UDI and have one of their experts talk it through with you on the phone. Paul
Michel Kohanim Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Hi pgnehm, I agree with paulbates: submitting a ticket would be much more efficient. In the meantime: 1. You have devices with pending writes (green 1011 icons). You have to fix those (Right Mouse Click | Write updates to device) 2. You can restore your last good backup (File | Restore ISY) 3. If there have been any INSTEON changes since your last good backup, follow through with File | Restore Devices With kind regards, Michel
