OK, so bought portal, installed it, I had already created a portal ID with UUID and log in. But now, when I go to configuration in the Admin console, there is NO portal tab under configuration! Huh? curmudgeon Posted December 22, 2015 Author Posted December 22, 2015 Posted same problem in another forum - the answer was that my UI was out of date. Cleared java cache and reinstalled - portal tab appeared and I was able to give permission to communicate with the portal. Not much luck yet getting devices to respond, but working on it. Quote
beboyle Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 I seem to be having the same problem but my portal UI is not out of date. My portal shows "Offline" and I when I try to connect from the my.isy.io page it tells me it pending approval by owner, but I'm seeing no approval request. Quote
