Portal Not Working Since Downtime

I can't the the portal to connect to my device or vice versa since the downtime last night.

 

The ISY994 reports "offline" and the portal the same. 

 

I've tried rebooting the ISY, checking all it's network settings again, I've also tried removing it from isy.io and readding it, no difference.

 

What else can I try to get it running again?

My problem is that the ISY portal can't even talk to my ISY. The problem comes in before it even gets to the echo level. 

 

I've tried calling support but no one picks up :(

Try rebooting ISY.. either Admin Console > Configuration > System and click Reboot button or remove power from ISY for approximately 30 seconds..

The last two service requests were related to MobiLinc Connect Modules still being active. If you have MobiLinc Connect Module (Help | About), please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com.

It started working in steps last night, at 7:30 they could see each other but the portal was waiting for authorization but the ISY showed no request. Then by 9 PM, I was able to re-approve the device in ISY and it's now working again, and it is definitely more responsive.
