Does anyone know if the Insteon Dual on/off outlet can be used with LED lighting. I have a few Z-wave outlets because the old Insteon outlets had voltage even when the outlet was off...not good for Christmas lights.

I think you'er faced with the same issue for led strings.  However, for Christmas / string lights, I add the plug portion of an old phone charger, that does it.

 

I've not had this issue with screw in bulbs, and my insteon lamplincs are gen 1.

In my experience, the newest outletlincs do NOT have the sense current problem of the old versions.  I have a very-low LED bulb in one outletlinc, and it shuts off completely.  No glowing.

I have several of the Insteon 2663 (v.44) and use them mainly for LED Christmas lights inside and outside. Once they turn off, they are off with no glare.

I confirm. No current leak on these.
