Synchrolinc - Change Options Programatically

The ISY gives me the option to change the following attributes manually in the Admin console for a Synchrolinc: Trigger Threshold (watts), Holdoff (Secs) and Hysteresis (watts).  I would like to be able to change these attributes via a program versus manually having to change these values.  Is it possible to have these options added to the programs module?

Those values require human intervention. I am not sure I understand the use case where these would be automatically set in programs.
