One or two issues? Help please

My first indication of a problem was that lights were not turning on and off on schedule.

 

When I went to mobileLinc i could see the state of lights but not change them.

 

 

Next i tried to communicate with the ISY from my Mac.   When java opens I get a ClassNotFoundException  com.universaldevices.client.ui,UDClientApplet.class  I have no idea how to fix.

 

Then I power cycled the ISY and modem (?)  now there is no status on mobilelinc and I still get the Java error above.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might check java version then clear java cache and download same UI version as Firmware version (you should be able to Telnet in to get version if you don't know and use VE)

 

Also, which model ISY do you have?
