Drew631 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 I updated my ISY to 4.4.6 and Z-wave firmware to 4.55 and lost all connectivity to my z-wave devices. Nothing works and I think I'm just making things worse. At this point I deleted all of the devices with the hope of relearning them but now they won't even learn. I should have just left well enough alone but we can see how that went. Can anyone tell me how to delete everything and learn my devices again? My restore didn't help as I lost all communication with my devices and just get communication errors.
DennisC Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Have you tried excluding your zwave device before trying to add them back in?
Drew631 Posted May 12, 2016 Author Posted May 12, 2016 I've excluded the devices it will let me. Now out of my 9 devices I was able to get only 1 back doing that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Drew631 Posted May 12, 2016 Author Posted May 12, 2016 I've had success doing that but have 1 switch that won't delete and won't learn. Worst case it might need to be replaced. Not the end of the world. Thanks for the help DennisC. Much appreciated Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DennisC Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 You might try doing a hard reboot by removing power to ISY. After system restarts and is stable exclude the device 2 - 3 times and then try adding in the missing device. Maybe you will get lucky.
