Is anybody else having issues with how slow the ISY portal seems to take to update MobileLinc compared to how quickly MobileLinc Connect would update?

I used to be able to open MobileLinc and it would immediately start to update my device status from MobileLinc Connect. Now, when I open MobileLinc connected to my.isy.io, it opens with all greyed out items and then 10-15 seconds later, they start to populate status. This just seems like an extremely long time to have to wait to be able to turn something on/off.

 

Are others having the same delay issues?

The issue is that we had to put a LOT Of hooks in ISY Portal to support MobiLinc especially with regards to subscriptions. So, a simple process of subscription would require: checking the base URL, fixing it, checking the profile for My Preferred ISY, attaching it to the session, and a lot of other things that would have automatically worked if MobiLinc supported a path in the URL + fixed the headers. In short, I would say that ISY Portal is "emulating" MobiLinc Connect. You can test this by using ISY Web Access which is almost instantaneous.
