to_lighter Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 Hi gang, I have an 8 button controller where the E button is acting strangely. The LED turns on and off as expected with keypresses, however, the ISY only registers Dim or Bright (i.e., when I press and hold the button), and does not respond to On, Off, Fast On, or Fast Off. I confirmed this with the diagnostics Event Viewer on Level 2. Only a press and hold generates entries in the Event Viewer window. I have tried a factory reset. Any ideas? Cheers! Hi Michel, It is in toggle mode (toggle on only). It is also in mutually exclusive mode with 5 other buttons, but when I took it out of the mutually exclusive set, it still didn't work. Only Dim/Bright works, no On/Off/Fast On/Fast Off. The LED light does work properly (i.e. it behaves as it is supposed to as part of the mutually exclusive set, and turns on when pressed). Cheers!
