RainMachine - Node server only adds even numbered zones

I just installed and configured NodeLink this morning (Mac OS X El Capitan), and it seems to work, however only even numbered zones are visible in the ISY.  

 

I have 12 total zones, with 2 being inactive.  My RainMachine accommodates all 12 zones, but for whatever reason, the ISY only displays zones 02, 04, 06, 08, 10 and 12.

 

The NodeLink server apparently sees all 12 zones (the NodeLink device page indicates there are indeed 12 zones).  Attached is a screenshot of my ISY.  ISY firmware and UI are both at 5.0.4.  

 

From the logs, I assume that there may be network issues that would cause this (404 errors), but I'm just guessing.  A clip of the log is below.  This isn't urgent as the RainMachine is operating normally, but I'd like to be able to more closely manage my irrigation as the hot weather approaches.

Hit the add zones buttons a few more times until they all are visible in the ISY.

Thats "Node Servers | isylink | Add All Nodes"?  I've given that maybe a dozen tries, and nothing yet.  I could try adding an individual node if I understood the data the attached dialogue box was looking for.

In NodeLink you use the install nodes button.
