Ah, they are both responders. That's why they do not show up in programs. Just to be clear, your only requirement is to control that scene through ISY, correct? Not through the dimmer itself. Correct?

GOT IT!  I removed the device from scene and readded it as a 'controller', now my configuration looks like MWareman's; I configured it like his and now the light works as expected.  It needed to be a 'controller'.
