mjpotts82 Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 I purchased the network module this afternoon, I was under the impression that it included two year subscription to portal. The tab for networking shows up under configuration but I don't see a tab for the portal. Also when I go to my.isy.io and log in it shows my isy offline. I assume this I because I haven't not authorized it. If I go to manage modules it says everything is up to date. Quote

Brian H Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 The Network Module after purchase. Is yours for ever. The Portal Module 2 year subscription has the Network Module as part if it. I believe it goes away after 2 years if the subscription is not renewed. UDI's excellent support staff, can easily fix it as pointed out. Quote

At least that's what the big bruise on my rib cage proves to me. My wife has a very sharp elbow.
