February 1, 200916 yr Hi all, Did anyone else get an e-mail about this recall? It is supposed to be about a programing problem of some sort... I have one, but I recently had to exchange it because Homelinc wouldn't see it. (It was brand new...) I wonder if that is the problem or not? I am just trying to figure out if I really need to exchange this or not, and SH has no answer for me... I don't really want to switch out a PLM, that is a real pain (as you all know...) Anyone know anything about this? W
February 1, 200916 yr The 2412SH is supposed to have some added code in it that HouseLinc 2 uses. If that code is not there. Maybe HouseLinc 2 doesn't work properly. Also there are reports here, that using a 2412SH with the ISY systems. leads to problems.
