Today I did something stupid.  (Maybe not so different form OTHER days!).  I was changing voice prompts in the ISY portal for Alexa.  I tried to delete ONE entry that I had renamed.  I apparently deleted ALL the devices and ALL the voice prompts relative to Alexa.  I can STILL speak the commands and have them work properly.  I just can't find them when I log into the portal.  Can someone PLEASE tell me where the data had been stored?  I HAVE backups - I just don't  know what to look for, or where.

 

I'd REALLY appreciate the help.  I'm at a loss as to what to do.

I would suggest attempting no other changes/fixes with the portal, and submit a support ticket here

Unfortunately not recoverable. If you exported your spoken utterances, then you can use them to recreate. Unfortunately though, there's no import function. I am so very sorry.
