MeDoISY Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Every morning I awake to ISY popup errors saying that it couldn't reach my motion sensors. I have searched this forum and others for some help. The only info I can find, indicates that I should turn off Automatic Writes to Battery Powered Devices. I can't find a way to do that. Selecting the file menu option presents the following: Sorry! I don't know how to add the PNG image, so it's attached below. It doesn't show the Automatic Writes to Battery Powered Devices or the Automatic Writes to Devices lines. The ISY994 is v.4.5.4 what am I missing? Link to comment
Teken Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 (edited) If we are talking about the same feature delay / turning off battery writes is only available in the pro version which you can update the controller to obtain said feature. If you are seeing pop up messages on the left hand side are there green 0101 listed in the device tree to the left? If so place one motion sensor into linking mode and right mouse click and select update. Edited February 22, 2017 by Teken 1 Link to comment
stusviews Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 You may need to select Restore Device before selecting Write Updates to Device. In any case follow Teken's advice to place the MS into linking mode first. Link to comment
