James Peterson Posted February 28, 2017 Author Posted February 28, 2017 Update: My problems with max subscriptions being reached continued in to the evening. This was preventing me from seeing status or controlling devices from the admin console and mobile apps. I tried several times to reboot the ISY and even power cycled the ISY, but the problem continued. I uninstalled Agave v1.6.521 from my device, but left a pre- v1.6 version of Agave on my wife's device. I then rebooted the ISY and I was able to login to the admin console without an issue, with full status and control. Also, Mobilinc started working again. I left everything like this overnight. As of this morning, everything is still normal. Going to <isy addr>/rest/subscriptions shows no issue with subscriptions. I am going to wait awhile and reinstall Agave and see what happens. Dennis To be honest that doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone else shed any light? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

DennisC Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 To be honest that doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone else shed any light? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk James, I am not pointing fingers. I don't know enough about rest programming to figure out what the root cause was. I can only describe what I was experiencing, when it started, and what steps I took to correct the problem. Dennis
DennisC Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 How are you connecting to the isy? Directly or through the portal? Direct Agave? Direct on two Samsung Galaxy S4's ML? I will also note that this was discovered when all devices were on local network.

James Peterson Posted February 28, 2017 Author Posted February 28, 2017 Can you recheck your /rest/subscriptions again and let me know what is says? then when you have time attempt the last version of Agave and let me know if the subscriptions change.

James, I re-installed Agave v1.6.521 around 1 pm today, before I saw your request. While I haven't taken any screenshots, I have been checking /rest/subscriptions. So far I have not seen the total exceed 2 subscriptions. So far, so good.

DennisC Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Just pushed another update that should fix this issue. Sorry for the delay, but I just got around to rechecking this issue and it has not improved. I checked several times today and my weave thermostat still doesn't update until I go in to it and manually refresh Agave.
