mserrar
Hi, I have my Alexa connected to ISY and it's been working just fine past few weeks. Today it seems to be down. I connected to ISY Admin console, under portal integration - UDI it says Online Registered. And under Active services I have my service account with Registered. When I log in to http://my.isy.io , I go to Select Tool --> Connectivity --> Amazon Echo , it says ISY is not online. Please help. Thanks. Link to comment
rccoleman
My Echos all stopped working last night around 9PM PDT, but they were working in the morning. Does the Echo work locally ('Alexa, what time is it?')? The portal doesn't complain to me when I follow that path. Link to comment
stusviews
The Echo is completely independent of the ISY (except, of course. for ISY device, scenes and programs). Cycling power often helps. Link to comment
mserrar
Yeah I don't think it's the Echo. Because on the my.isy.io , it shows the device offline. I did reboot the ISY. Link to comment
dseidman
I am having the exact same issue. Alexa has been working great for months with ISY portal and tonight it stopped working. Still works with Harmony. In ISY admin console the ISY is noted online. On the ISY portal site it is offline. I also rebooted the ISY with no success. Thanks Edited March 9, 2017 by dseidman Link to comment
DNorris
Yeah I don't think it's the Echo. Because on the my.isy.io , it shows the device offline. I did reboot the ISY. Same here. It was down last night, and down tonight since 7:13 pm eat.ISY works on local network, but not thru Echo. Sent from my jem using Tapatalk Link to comment

dseidman
It does not appear to be an amazon issue as my ISY is listed as being offline on the ISY portal website. Link to comment

fasttimes
I woke up this morning to an offline isy on the portal. It works locally, and a reboot doesn't help. Any ideas? Link to comment

mickdavis
I'm having the same issue right now. I can connect MobiLinc directly on the internal network, but the ISY Portal shows that the ISY isn't connected and the same in the Admin Console. I've rebooted the ISY, still not working. Link to comment

mickdavis
Hi Michel, Once you posted this I thought, "Hmm, maybe I should look in the log...". I was getting a DNS error. I guess the Google DNS server wasn't working. I have it working now. Thanks. Mick Link to comment
pdxcav
I am having this problem too. Echo hasn't been working for 2-3 days now but the real problem appears to be that my ISY is offline in the portal even though I'm able to access it via the UI. Overnight, I started receiving multiple emails from UD saying that they are receiving requests from Echo, but my account isn't authorized to use it & to go to the portal to enable it. But, until the portal recognizes that my ISY is online (which it should be), this is unresolved. Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
Hi pdxcav, Does the ISY Portal think your ISY is online? If so, please send your error log + uuid to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel Link to comment

Graybeard Geek
I just tried to connect my ISY994i to my Alexa. When I got to the step about telling the portal to connect to it I got the message that the ISY is not online. I checked with the admin console and even tried loging into the device on the local LAN, Both worked fine. The portal says the ISY in on firmware version 4.7.3. It also says that the ISY has been offline since last Thursday which is about when I updated to the latest firmware. I tried clearing the Java cache and even rebooted the ISY. No change. The error log doesn't seem to say much. If anyone has a suggestion I'd be grateful. Thanks, Bill J ISY Error Log.v4.7.3__Mon 2019.07.15 15.58.27.txt Link to comment

alanpacbch
Im having this issue now. I can see the ISY in the Admin console but myisy.io shows offline. When its offline it doesnt allow me to view history or error files. This is also preventing me from getting the Polisy up and running, Im sure its a network security issue...I just dont know where to look. I have checked and updated the network settings in the Dashboard/Network, Cleared the Java Cache...manually updated the Firmware and reinstalled the backup.. Link to comment
