May 21, 20178 yr I have the same thing happening (mentioned in the 5.10 thread). If you restart the ISY a few times it may clear the issue but it seems to reoccur after a couple of days in my case. Probably a bug that only a few are noticing so far. For me the devices actually work though. Yours? Edited May 21, 20178 yr by Dr Pepper
May 21, 20178 yr Hi MikefromGA , Have you done Z-Wave | Tools | Heal Z-Wave Network? If not, please try it. Also, are you certain no one has done a Z-Wave | Advanced | Factory Reset ...? And, finally, there are certain devices that do cause this issue one of which is CT-100 thermostat. Do you have one of those? With kind regards, Michel
May 21, 20178 yr Author The devices continue to operate for the most part. Michael, I have done the heal network. Never done a factory reset. The thermostats are Alarm.com's. They have seemed to do fine.

I think we are seeing the same thing then. Try powering down the ISY and restarting it a couple of times. I think it will correct it at least temporarily.
May 22, 20178 yr Hi MikefromGA, Thank you. Are you certain you don't have any other Z-Wave controller that has taken over as the primary? What do you see in the Z-Wave menu? With kind regards, Michel
