Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk Some utilities use ZigBee protocol transmitters that can be monitored and there was a lot of thread about that in the past. The best thing would be to call the Utility and ask but getting past the monitor reading support can be difficult. Most of them have never seen a kilowatthour yet. bgrubb1
Both the GEM and the dash box can send channel info to the ISY I use the info to help control my peak hour usage from SRP from 3 to 6 pm Examples are sound alarm if either washer or dryer are running on peak, turn off dishwasher, turn off all lights and fans etc Doing so allows me to draw 1kw per hour on peak which makes the bill 20 some percent less than the standard rate
