theedudenator Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 I have the older version extender, and added without issues. I bought a new one, and it is the latest version with blue/green lights. I have it 4" away from my ISY. single click green light does nothing double click blue light does nothing. I excluded and re-added my older one without issues. Any suggestions?
stusviews Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Your range extender may be too close to the ISY. In any case, try excluding the device--twice before including it. Are you able to get the rainbow at any point?

Michel Kohanim Posted October 11, 2017 Posted October 11, 2017 theedudenator, Z-Wave | Exclude menu item and then double click on the button on the range extender. With kind regards, Michel
Roadster1024 Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Aeotec instructions are wrong! You must press the button 3 times to include it. Found out by dumb luck. Searching the internet brought up nothing. Was ready to return them (2), as being defective.
rjbur Posted February 2, 2019 Posted February 2, 2019 Did not work for me... I tried once, twice and three times and log shows NO activity Level 3. Do I need a certain version of the z-wave on ISY994i? I have Z-Wave Version 4.54 Bootloader 1.03.

I would do a Zwave backup before you do the firmware update.. Not sure if the firmware update will fix your problem but suggest you give it a try. I have several Multisensor 6's with their latest firmware and they work without issues with ISY firmware 4.7.3 and Zwave 4.55
