The crash reports that I am being given are not giving me much information and I would like to solve this issue. This does not seem to affect very many people, but it does look consistent.

I was having a whole slew of crashes as we were dealing with the issues last night. Now that it is setup correctly, I haven't had any. However, I'm not flipping through pages consantly anymore as I was trying to get it setup either. Also, it is telling me that there is an update. Should I accept this update in light of the fact that I currently have the apk file you sent with whatever fixes worked for me.

apostolakisl Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 So, I have found a consistent bug. I have two profiles, one ISY has the weather module, the other does not. "Weather" shows up even on the profile ISY that does not have the weather module. Clicking on "weather" when in that profile crashes the app

apostolakisl Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I just did an update today. I then noticed that my two profiles were totally scrambled. Stuff from one was in the other and vice-versa. I ended up having to wipe the whole thing and start over from scratch. It seems OK now.

I assume it happened after the most recent update, though there have been so many updates in the previous day or two that I can't say for certain. But it was all screwed up. Elk was missing all zones and outputs in its proper profile. Thermostats from profile 2 were on profile 1 (profile has no thermostats). Elk showed up in profile 2 even though it has no elk. Lots of other stuff.

It appears that I was way off. I have extended any current or recently expired trials for an additional 2 weeks. I really do apologize for the troubles.

mwester Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Not sure if this original problem was addressed, but I just installed Agave on my Nexus 7 tablet with a similar result -- I get the splash screen with the tip, but before I can enter any account/user information, Agave crashes. I sent feedback with the logs, but let me know if there's more info required. (And sorry to hijack this thread if this isn't the same problem...)

I have just pushed out a new update. You should see it soon.
