Can't Purchase Modules

After clicking on Purchasse modules in the administrator console, I'm brought to Universal webpage which shows modules on left side and hardware on right but no where to purchase X10 and alexa modules. What am I doing wrong?

Mine says "Available Modules" on the right, each item on the available list has price and a shopping cart Icon that says "add"

 

Did you register your ISY? I would send a ticket to UDI with your UUID plus a link to this post and ask them for help

On the right mine says no modules available

What's the model number? If 99, you cannot purchase modules for it anymore. If 994, please send your uuid to support@universal-devices.com.

Feel I followed instructions, but there are three blue status lights on and a blinking red error light.

Administration module can't find unit.
