Cover Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Also having trouble with Alexa getting no response for the past few hours. Additionally, MobiLinc app is unable to communicate with the portal and web hooks from Geofency app aren't working. All has been working well for months -- first real problem I've had. So, if others haven’t upgraded, which it appears so, it’s a portal issue and hopefully we will get a response to this thread and status. Link to comment
Cover Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Heard back from UDI support that one of their servers is down. in the my Java app, under Configuration / Portals tab, "Portal Integration - UDI" shows Offline. Support suggested rebooting the ISY controller, but this doesn't seem to have helped. Link to comment
