Portal Problem

Also having trouble with Alexa getting no response for the past few hours.  Additionally, MobiLinc app is unable to communicate with the portal and web hooks from Geofency app aren't working.   All has been working well for months -- first real problem I've had.

I made no changes whatsoever. Keypads and switches working fine. Given the message I received when I attempted to login to the portal (ISY not online) sounds like a problem with the portal. Yoohoo, Benoit!

Same here, with the exception of the OSX upgrade. So, if others haven’t upgraded, which it appears so, it’s a portal issue and hopefully we will get a response to this thread and status.

Heard back from UDI support that one of their servers is down. 

 

in the my Java app, under Configuration / Portals tab, "Portal Integration - UDI" shows Offline. 

 

Support suggested rebooting the ISY controller, but this doesn't seem to have helped.

I’ve rebooted twice, no luck. Will wait for further update.

Is portal down again? My ISY is showing offline as of 4:48pm today. Tried a reboot and no such luck. Everything was working fine until 4:48
