toddhutch Posted February 16, 2018 Share Posted February 16, 2018 Same here, it was working around 630am PT this morning, it's not working now. Can log into my.isy.io, but when trying to have the portal connect via ISY web access, or pull up the log, it fails. Link to comment

I can access it fine from mobilinc and admin screen If you are using the Mobilinc portal, you cannot use the UDI portal. It needs to be one or the other. If you choose the UDI portal you can still use Mobilinc by connecting to your ISY and not using the Mobilinc portal. Link to comment
