My dad is moving and will have  a new email address.  We would like to use that new address as his ISY login.  How do we most easily make that change?

 

You have to create a new user profile. 

1. Log in to ISY portal with the current email address.
2. Click on the Users tab
3. In the sub account selector, choose [Main Account]
4. Click Add user
5. Enter the user informations: email address, password, Preferred ISY, Click Account admin

You will receive a verification email to the new email address. Once completed, you can use this new user profile instead. 

You can optionally delete the older user profile.

1. Click on the red x next to the username
2. Delete and add the user 
3. Delete from one add to the other
4. Revoke in the Admin Console, delete from one account, add to the other, Approve in the Admin Console. Alternatively, ISY can be in multiple sub accounts
