James Peterson Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 I am trying to correct issues as I see them in the reports and other information that you send me. Keep track of your Testflight app as it will let you know if there is an updated version of the app you need to download. I am getting a log of information in all at once right now, so I f don't respond directly or right away, be rest-assured that I am working on the issues.
James Peterson Posted April 23, 2018 Author Posted April 23, 2018 I have been able to get a bunch of information about the thermostat crashes. I think I have gotten that resolved now. I'll have that update out today. Variables should be fixed now as of update 31 There are layout and graphical issues that still need to be worked out, but this takes care of more of the P1 issues. There is still a zwave crash that is happening, but I think I am closer to finding the reason behind that as well. Hopefully we'll have something that is tolerable to use by the end of the week. Thanks to all those who are Beta testing and putting up with all of this.
James Peterson Posted May 1, 2018 Author Posted May 1, 2018 Well the wave of crash reports has stopped rolling in, so I am going to take that as a good sign. I still want anyone that is Beta testing to give me opinions and hints at what can be changed to corrected. At this rate I hope to have Agave iOS out soon. There are still features that need to be added, but I feel that it is almost worthy. I will wait on the beta testers opinions before anything goes live for the public though. #ihavebeenusingxcodesomuchifogothowtouseandroidstudio
JCBond Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 When I try to download the latest build 0.1.023(37), Test flight is telling me the the build is no longer available.
James Peterson Posted May 7, 2018 Author Posted May 7, 2018 I apologize for that. I performed some cleanup last week and removed inactive testers. I have added you back to the list.
Scottmichaelj Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 Updated to v53 - the trial is now asking for access level purchase. Is the app now going live and out of beta or is this a bug? I also don’t see programs listed in the newer version but cannot test further anyways bc of the access level.

In the Beta you weren’t charged through test flight....if you inacted the access level it asked me to confirm, and all was good. see this post pinned too.... https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/24176-gpdr/

I read your reply and the other post but hesitate to click the $100 purchase now to activate it unless I get clear understanding there will be no charge under the Test Flight beta. Sorry if I am being dense.

Sorry if I am being dense. This is all completely normal. The beta test in testflight still has to obey the rules of the purchases and of the app. If you did not enable the trial access or your trial has expired you will be directed to purchase Agave. In the test flight system all purchases are free, although you will be directed to verify your account for the test purchase. If you read the details of the purchase as you go though you will be given this message directly from Apple. Have no fear. Beta testing in Testflight is Free and you will not incur any charge.
rccoleman Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 Thanks for the confirmation. It does say that beta purchases are free, but it’s confusing that the first sentence also clearly says ‘enter your password to authorize a $99 charge’ for all-access. Anyway, good to go for now.
