Agave Search

I am making some modifications to the Search in Agave.  Just getting opinions.  

Included screenshot for both Android and what will be the iOS version.

That would  be SUCH an improvement. The Search function is one of my least favorite things about the app. Would be nice to have the Search bar at the top level "Things" instead of making me pick a category first to search in. But of course still have it within each category, as well.

I assume you'd also apply this format to Scenes?

Yes. Same format for anywhere there is a search.  

NOTE:  There is also no reverse checkbox toggle anymore either.  Just a tap on the currently selected tab and the sort will reverse.

Yes.  This is just a screenshot of the favorites selection screen.  I didn't think status meant all that much on this activity.

In iOS will it be possible not to have search always show and pull down and release to display the search bar? Similar to how it works in settings. 

If not, it's great to have the ability to search, but just cleaner to not have it at the top of every screen. Takes up space if not going to use it.

I see that the new search is released in the latest, but it doesn't seem to stick?  I enter the search term, then start scrolling the list, which works fine, but I have to hit back so the keyboard goes away, then the list switches back to all items, it sometimes takes a second.  The search string still shows up but doesn't have an affect?  Also noticed if a search string that doesn't match anything is used, then the last set of items that did match show up.
