Switching Profiles Bug

When I switch from one profile to another, my favorites page (Home page) is empty.  If I close out Agave and re-open, then the favorites show up.

 

And now I have just noticed that all the devices from my one profile/ISY are showing up in the other.

I had this happen to me awhile back. I performed a refresh data on both profiles and it's not happened since.

OK, that cleared it up.  It seems to me that this isn't the first time I have had this issue, though.  I know for certain that I have had to wipe and reload data a few times for one reason or another.

I'll look into it, I just need to find out why it happens.  Can you provide any other details.?

I have also had this happen to me, several times. I switched to v5 several weeks ago and so far it hasn't happened again.

I have it happen occasionally as well, and it happened last night. I opened the app and before it completed connecting and updating the current profile I switched to my other one which resulted in many devices being unknown on the home screen, so I exited and brought it back up, then my home screen was blank, exited again, brought it back up and it was all good.

Yes, this is my experience.  I can't say for certain if switching profiles before it finishes syncing with ISY is involved, but it is very likely I did switch prior to the sync, since it is often quite slow at syncing.
