Need recommendations on Z-Wave Open/Close Sensor

I'm brand new to ISY and just purchased the "ISY994iZW+/IR-PRO Universal Devices Home Automation Controller Smart Hub ISY994i ZW/IR PRO Z-Wave + INSTEON + X10 - Works with Amazon Alexa. I did not buy the PLM for Insteon, since I"m hoping to build everything on Z-Wave technology. That being said, I need to buy open/close door sensors to get started, but I don't have any idea which ones to buy. The multi-purpose Inovelli sensor with temperature as well as open/closed looked awesome, but they are out of stock right now!  Can anyone recommend one that you use? I see mixed comments on Amazon about just buying anything that says "z-wave" and hoping it will work. I'd like to know ahead of time that someone has actually used it with an ISY with Z-Wave before.

Thanks!

It’s for doors.

I got one of these: Sensative Z-Wave Plus Ultra Thin Door/Window Contact Sensor Strips Guard, Good for Outdoor Installation

It's invisible, which was important in my installation, and it's worked flawlessly so far, though I have a good Z-Wave mesh.  It's not for everybody, but if preserving the looks of your door or window is important, then I can recommend it.  It installed easily.

I was going to recommend that one as well. I like it.
