CT 101 Thermostat Problem

Cannot get isy994i to recognize Z-Wave CT101 Thermostat.

Using new 5.0 Series Software. Works on a system with older 4.73 Software but not o latest.

Any suggestions

No I have not. It was suggested I do so and I will. I am a pretty green rookie so much of this is new. But fun

I'll give it a shot when I get to the house which uses the system.
