I don't think my google spokens are getting to Google... but...

when i click "send spokens to Google"  the title line says "ERROR" and the message body says "Spokens successfully sent to Google Home"...

which is correct?

I have had the same issue, and since then I synch through Google : "OK Google synch my devices". GH will then respond by saying that it is synching with Universal Devices (and other products such as Nest, Samsung appliances, etc).

Mine always seem to get through despite always having that error message, since Google decided to upscale  all it's security game.. Many posts complaining about that have been posted here.

I don't find any action that can be taken inside the google home app, ie. update or synching...but it does it just fine from ISY Portal. I have completely deleted my google apps, rebooted my phone, created a completely new google account and relinked it, multiple times, and it still complains that Google rejects the security provided. I suspect that Google has gone to two level security authorisation rejecting Bots, and now ISY Portal cannot ever support it, looking and being a Bot style login.

Aside from my GHA minis being useful for Internet research information, I have mostly given up on Google's ownership  attempts on my life, and avoid them as much as possible now.
