Having trouble configuring Homseer WD100+

I have been searching and cannot seem to find the correct way to configure the Homseer WD100+. I have tried numerous things but all have failed. This is what I would like to do.

Right now when I press on, the light fades up very slowly and when off fades very slowly down. I would like this to change to fade quicker. I do not know where to find this in the ISY (i'm new to Zwave). 

Also I wanted to have double tap turn it on 50%. Cant seem to find a way to even configure double and triple tap.

I don't have this same switch (and I'm using 5.0.14), but according to the User Manual, you should be able to set some parameters to adjust the ramp rate.  You can do that on your ISY by right-clicking on the switch in the device tree, and using the context menu:

Z-Wave | Set Configuration Parameter

and setting the various configuration options as described in the manual.

That said, I set the configuration parameters on my switch (WD200+) using programs, such as this one (which turns the 7 LEDs on my switch to blue):

Additionally, you should be able to adjust the Fast On value in a program as well:

        Set 'Devices / dirOffice / Office Dimmer Switch' 50% in 1 seconds

I don't have a WD100+ to test against, so approach this with appropriate skepticism.

I'm still having issues. Right now I would just like to get one thing working. When I shut off the switch I want it to ramp down faster than it is. If not possible I would like it to fast off. Sorry but I'm very new to zwave. (sorta wished I had purchased insteon switches)
