What is typical response time to trouble tickets?

Subject pretty well says it all.

UDI's response to formal trouble tickets in case I wasn't clear.

As I mentioned on the ticket, the errors you are having are under investigation. Otherwise, tickets are answered (as was your first one) usually within hours (if not minutes).

As I said in my reply, thanks for the update.  Was concerned when I hadn't had any feedback for 10 days after fulfilling your initial request for log files.

I submitted a ticket 1 day ago to universal Devices to have my UDI  Portal removed from my account so I can install the Mobilinc Connect Portal to my ISY 994i IR/PRO to enable me to start using the new Mobilinc X app that the 14- day trail started 2 days ago and i have not been able to use yet,  day one downloaded the app could not get it to sign on and after some time contacted support (Mobilinc) Wes he was great explaining all of this that had to be done. I guess my fault for not understanding all of this that had to be done before I downloaded the app O well,  Brings to me to Day Two still waiting for Universal Devices to look at my ticket after 24 hours! so how long does it take to get a ticket looked at?  is minutes or Days or possible don't work weekend.  12 days left on the trial period of the app and it sure would be nice to give it try before making a decision to purchase.   anyway if there is anyone from UD that maybe able to look at tickets that would be nice..

Most companies respond within 24-48 BUSINESS hrs at most. Being that it's a weekend it may be Monday before they respond. With that said, UDI is known for having top notch, responsive tech support so I would be highly surprised if it goes beyond Monday
