What is the best apps for ios out there?

I see agave and it seems ok but doesnt have the ability to create programs?

And mobilinc X looks ok but they only do subscriptions instead of lifetime?

I am looking for a good app for configuring and general use especially for my wife.. And I do not like subscriptions so i would much rather have a onetime payment options..

Anyone have any insight on what might be my best options?
