brandwidth Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 My ISY reports that's it's somehow gone over the limit (90) for the 132 sized memory allocation. What's that memory used for? I'm trying to debug a weird issue where some programs are no longer running - "fixed" it by rebooting the ISY and am monitoring the memory now to try to identify the root cause... any hints/tips appreciated. I'm running 5.0.15A (both firmware and UI) on a 994i PRO.
Michel Kohanim Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 @brandwidth, Where do you see that error? Can you please send a screenshot to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
brandwidth Posted July 17, 2019 Author Posted July 17, 2019 I observed it via the 'sm' command using telnet. It is back in the same state now - see below. The most significant changes I've made recently have been to add logging via the internal webserver (which is an amazing feature, btw) - could that be related?
Michel Kohanim Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 @brandwidth, Let me take a look and get back to you. With kind regards, Michel
Michel Kohanim Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 @brandwidth, Those are memory segments for notifications (email). I suspect you have many text/emails being sent out. With kind regards, Michel
brandwidth Posted July 18, 2019 Author Posted July 18, 2019 Thank you Michel - super quick insights as always. I've removed most of the notifs (they were all writing to a webserver file rather than sending emails) and things are back to normal. 1
