What’s the status on UPB and ISY?

Googling around shows some noise around 2010 about possibly making separate ISY firmware to support UPB but that it would require its own device and a separate PLM and such from the Insteon setup. Did that effort largely die or does it live on somewhere?

It died. At this point, with zwave ramping up the way it has been and upb being such a niche protocol, I highly doubt the idea would be resurrected
