Posted September 14, 20196 yr After I leave the house I use my cellphone App for the "Away" setting. The App then says it will begin in 50 seconds and counts downward. When it reaches, around 10 seconds, it freezes. I then switch from "Away" to the "Home" setting. If I don't switch it, will the Ring Alarm system still work, even though it freezes at 10 seconds?

What app are you using? Personally, unless I know something registered, I assume the worse

September 14, 20196 yr Author I did contact Best Buy on their website, who installed the Ring System, about 3 days ago and I'm still waiting for a response.
September 14, 20196 yr This is an isy forum. You'll need to contact ring directly for this. I highly doubt best buy can help with finding they didn't develop
