After months of apparent normal operations, upon opening my admin console, everything appears normal, except all my programs are "gone".  Devices are there and can be controlled, variables are there.  Any ideas?

Are your ISY firmware and UI the same version?

When your programs were MIA did you ever click save? If so they may be gone from the ISY.

if you mean "save changes" in that panel, then no

Make sure your ISY IP address is installed in your java firewall to let it passed it's filters. Same for Windows firewall tables.

checked that.  get same behavior on 3 different machines with 3 different OSs

Try rebooting the ISY

Also take a look at your ISY error log.

I've rebooted multiple times, powered off and on, powered PLM off and on, etc.

Lots of error log entries look like this:

Not sure what error 10108 is. It's not documented

If you didn't click on save changes then that would be why it's disappearing. You didn't save it. Since you're using 5.10 you should also update to 5.15 as that is the latest one and may already have a fix if what you are experiencing is a bug
