I did not have time to remove all device from ISY before moving so ISY is complaining, scenes do not make sense anymore and so on. What is the best way to start from scratch so that PLM modem and the ISY are like brand new, without links and so on ? Should I simply delete all device , scenes and so on one by one or is there a quicker way ? Thanks in advance
larryllix Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Like lilyoyo1 posted, factory reset everything. Factory reset the PLM (with ISY?) , then your ISY, and each device individually as you add each one back to ISY.
chamnic Posted October 7, 2019 Author Posted October 7, 2019 Ok thanks. Does it reset to original firmware at time of purchase or to the latest I had loaded ? I guess it might be good as well to then factory reset the zwave dongle ...

I guess it might be good as well to then factory reset the zwave dongle ... It resets to the latest installed ISY O/S. I did it once and restored my backup. Took about 10 minutes and ISY accelerated but I had mixed v4 and v5 and had many NS that were removed and possibly alive and limping along in the background. (It was early NS days)
