Single button option for scene

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I want to create a scene in ISY for example: "Theater Lighting" and have a single button to push in Agave to activate this, rather than an on/off where I need to first turn the lights off and then on to the "theater" level in the scene. I would then have separate buttons for full lighting or other settings. If there's a way to do so I've not found it. Thanks for your assistance.

I am not sure I fully understand your issue. I own Agave, but don't use it much. But, I do something similar with my mini-remote. I have one button that simply turns on a couple of IP based items each time I push it. No on/off function. I do this by linking the button to a program that runs regardless of the button action each time it is pushed. Below is a snip of the simple program I use, obviously it could be smarter and perform checks before running to determine the existing state of your home theater and branch to other programs if needed.  So, maybe using an Agave button to run a set of programs would be a better solution than using it to turn scenes on and off?

@DennisC, is correct.  I use Agave on several tablets set up as controllers.  There are scene and individual device buttons.  You can set what ever of the items you want to show on the home screen.  So, say my living room tablet shows all the devices and scenes in the living room I would wish to control, by placing them on the home screen I can eliminate the items I dont want to deal with, like motion sensors etc..

I guess I need to look it over more, but so far I have a lot of different scenes set up in Agave (on Android) and yes I do use mini remotes also and yes with those, you can have a single button to set a particular level of lighting. I want to use the Agave program with a scene (or program but I don't see a setup to run a program yet) that will change the level of lighting from full to a lower level without using the on/off switch but rather a single button. Right now, to set the Theater level, I have an on/off switch that appears in the on if the level is already at full if the full lighting is on. All scenes are responding and showing that the lights are on. I then have to hit the lights off before turning on the theater scene. I'm looking for something to alter the scene to the desired level in one button push rather than two. The goal is to have one touch buttons for different levels of lighting exactly like you can have with the mini-remote, and although there may be a way to set this up in Agave, I haven't seen it yet. Thanks for the responses.

From the looks of things, the problem is how you've programmed your system and not what is possible with agave. All that you've stated can be done with a single button press be turning off then on

From what I believe you are saying is that you want a SCENE that sets all the lighting to the scene level no matter what level they are currently runnning.  You would do that by creating a scene on the ISY setting all the lighting to the levels you want in that scene.  IN agave if you go to the menu in top left corner there is a SCENE option you would pick that and then find the scene you created say "MOVIE TIME" when you turn it on all the lights will adjust to the level you have picked in the scene.  If you wnat to find it easily tap the icon on the scene box and pick add to home screen at the bottom, then when you open agave it will be on the main page.

To further explain, yes I do have Scenes set up with the preset levels desired for the theater setting. What the interface is, is an ON/OFF switch which is in the ON position when the lights are full. This requires two button presses to turn OFF then ON to the desired level. I'm looking for a single ON essentially that actually brings the lights down to the lower level of the theater scene. As noted, the mini remotes for example can be set to toggle OR 4 scene control with discrete On and Off buttons. I'm guess I'm looking for a discrete ON to the theater level. I currently have the extended version of Agave with an added Family access but may go to the full version or add the Program/Variables option which may give me the programming ability I need for this. Thanks again for responses.
