Aeotec Siren Gen5 volume

I've successfully added the Aeotec Siren Gen5 to my system (as the first z-wave device) and there is only 0 or 100 for volume. I see on their site that there are other settings that I'm not seeing in the ISY for tone and volume. Article here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109670/

Am I missing something here? I'd like to lower the volume and maybe change the tone. 

Let me know if there is something missing on the ISY or if there is another way to change this.

[Bumbershoot]

There are four or five tones available, but they're set as parameters (and possibly volume, I don't recall).  You need to right click on the siren in the device pane, then the context sensitive menu will appear.
